Write the Book

I read a great quote this week—"Most people would learn the most from a book with blank pages than any other book."

The idea is that you would learn most from writing down your thoughts than reading others.' That's a dirty secret of most coaching. The coach doesn't have the answer—you do. They just help you find it.

So today, stop reading. Take the next three minutes and write down everything in your head.
