What's Easy?

Updated: Aug 23, 2018

I'm a big believer in focusing on your strengths, especially as a working mom. You need to make sure you are making the most impact in your limited time at work.

Gallup's workplace happiness study shows that people who use their strengths every day are three times more likely to report having an excellent quality of life and six times more likely to be engaged at work.

The easiest way to identify your strengths? Ask yourself: what do I find easy that other people find hard?

For me it's creating new things, pulling out the best in people and creating productivity processes and hacks.

Yes, this new career is perfect for me, which is why I agree with the numbers -- my satisfaction and engagement have sky-rocketed.

What are yours?

Working moms need to make sure they are making the most impact in their limited time at work.
