Every day I'm shocked by how many of the young moms I work with struggle with imposter syndrome.
I work with and encounter some of the most amazing humans I've ever met. These women are smart, gritty, and fun. Yet, they spend a significant portion of their headspace beating themselves up and harping on what they are doing wrong.
Don't get me wrong. I'm in this bucket, too. Just today I doubted my coaching abilities after a call, beating myself up for not striking the right balance between coaching and advice. And, starting my own business has surfaced more insecurities than I care to mention.
As we go into this weekend, I want to leave you with this wish for you: Live Your Life with the Confidence of a Mediocre White Man.
Trust me, you are far more amazing than that, but it's at least a start.
