While at a vacation house this week, Joe had a brilliant idea of creating a ‘bunny trap’ for the kids to attempt to catch one of the half dozen bunnies living on the property.
It took 5-minutes to make — just a string around a stick, propping up a laundry basket. But, gave us hours of entertainment. We attempted chasing the bunnies, putting out carrots, and a lot of patient waiting.
There was no chance of us actually catching a bunny with this Mcivor contraption, but it was fun. The experience summed up the innocence and hope of childhood, which right now was needed.
So this weekend, forget reason and go all-in on something silly. Tune into your inner-child.
