I recently received new advice on how to create the fundraising pitch for my business. Get a group of cynical friends to honestly tell you all their doubts about your business. Then get your most supportive ones to list all the reasons you are totally badass. Your pitch is the combo of the answers to the doubts and the things that make you unique.
Doing this transformed my story from small to reflect the world-changing impact I believe Uplift can have.
In today's world, we are constantly pitching—whether it's to get that new job, land that new hire or sell-in that idea.
So, sell it, girl.
